1. Sinful Cinderella. New York: Phoenix Press, (1940).
First Edition. Photographer for the aristocracy introduces a lowly (but lovely) store clerk to beauticians and dressmakers and then sponsors her debut into society. 'And some of aristocracy's scions were perfectly willing to fool around with Jessie'. Very scarce. Very Good appearing book, with clean cloth, but with couple of lending library stamps and abrasions at pastedowns, married to a lovely Fine dustjacket (that has obviously never seen the light of day since 1940).
