Near Fine in attractive Very Good plus dustjacket, some nicks at spine ends and flap corners, bit of foxing to rear panel, some rubbed areas look like they might have been inked black at lower spine end and lower front panel (but no bleeding at verso, so I could be wrong), a still attractive dustjacket without usual fading at spine.
