Very Good plus, with some fading to cloth at edges, in Good to Very Good dustjacket, with few inch closed tear at lower front panel, wear along spine edges, small chips at few edges and lower spine end, top inch and half of spine lacking and temporarily replaced with photocopy of title lettering. Still an uncommon photoplay edition.
