The scarce and still harrowing personal account of an ivory trader who conducted business shortly after the turn of the century when Africa's people and natural resources were being plundered by Arab and European nations (or is that now?). The title has become something of cult classic and is exceptionally uncommon in its original publisher's illustrated dustjacket. Near Fine in Very Good dustjacket, edges with shelf wear and nicking, small chips at spine ends and flap corners, few small pieces of scotch tape at lower spine end and flap corners.
