First Edition. Octavo, original green cloth, stamped black lettering to front cover, gilt lettering to spine. Scarce early title by British writer P.C. Wren, known later for his adventure fiction, and hi 1924 book, Beau Geste, which was turned into a film. Very Good with vintage bookplate to inside front cover, light wear to edges of cloth and spine ends, shadowing to endpapers and very modest water stain to inside rear cover.
