Interesting culinary interest ephemera item, a short letter signed by Philip Andrews, Rear Admiral of the Navy to Emile Furrer, the Chief Pastry Cook at the Copley-Plaza Hotel, dated March 22, 1930. The admiral thanks Monsieur Furrer for the sugar model of the Constitution (the ship not document) which was exhibited at a dinner in the Admiral's honor.
