Burt address of '52-58 Duane St., New York City', where the publisher was located between 1899 and 1914, pencil inscription at front endpaper dated 1908. One of the earliest known dustjackets for this title. Near Fine, flecking to spine lettering, in Very Good dustjacket, some shallow edge chips.
