Basis for the 1931 Columbia Pictures talking film directed by George B. Seitz and starring Walter Byron and Carmel Myers. Very Good, some soiling to covers, few dog-eared pages, in a lovely Near Fine or Fine dustjacket that was almost certainly stored separately from the book.
