Rear panel with ads for four Harper titles: The Kenworthys, Gertrude Haviland's Divorce, The Perennial Bachelor and He Was a Man. Author's scarce Pulitzer Prize winning novel of Scotch Covenanters and leaders in a pioneer Iowa community. Near Fine in Very Good price clipped dustjacket, shallow chipping at spine ends and flap corners, few closed tears at edges, some spotting at spine.
