This collection of five personal Nazi era photo albums contain over 400 black and white photos - including 2 candid photos of Adolf Hitler (never published). The group consists of 3 full-sized oblong canvas fabric covered albums, and two miniature photo books. The larger sized albums contain photos of: Nazi Youth camps (Boys Hitler Youth, RAD, and BDM); uniformed Nazi officers; photographs of children in group training and excursions; and athletic exercises showing both very young boys; as well as excellent shots of girls of the BDM in iconic athletic exercises. NOTE: The leather covered miniature album seems to belong to a particular Nazi soldier and contains a range of subjects including two candid photos that could be considered indecent (one can be considered pornographic).
