Possibly a pre-prohibition advertising piece for The Four Pheasants, a liquor establishment of some kind on Lenox Ave. in New York City, based on the cartoons, But credit for the title is given to Theodore T. Jonas, who would be asking for trouble for claiming responsibility. Thus no date can be established. Very Good attractive volume.
