No copies found on WorldCat or anywhere else for that matter. According to the introduction Kelly was the former proprietor of Beverage Importations, Inc., Ltd., Office and Bonded Godowns 19 Quai de France, Shanghai, China. Kelly states that he gathered the recipes from his contacts at the Waldorf Astoria, the Ambassador Hotel, the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, and British Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Very Good, tiny chip at lower front wrap corner, bit of splitting to paper at spine.
