Extremely uncommon children's book with negative view of the Japanese. Part of Dean's Diploma Series no. 15. Artist name written vertically appears to be Crow when read horizontally. Very Good complete copy, text and plates in generally clean condition, Wrappers with modest edge wear at spine edge and corners, small chip at lower front corner and first few leaves.
