Attributed to one of the first English professional female literary writers, about whom little is known other than her work as an author and as a spy for the British crown. Near Fine in Very Good dustjacket but for tear to 3/4 length of rear panel mended at verso with tape, inch tears and shallow chipping to spine ends, and rubbing to panel cover.
