First separate publication. 8vo, original red decorated cloth, in very good condition, although a small part of the dust jacket has adhered to the bottom fore edge of the front cover, in the very rare original dust jacket, which has several chips and tears, primarily on the spine and rear panel and at the folds of the flaps. Museum tape repairs to some of the tears. An imperfect but very scarce dust jacket.
