Novel about a young girl who grows up on a boat on the Erie Canal; when she is one day abducted by a man who claims to be her uncle, she is confronted with the mystery of who her true family is. Very good in very good dust jacket, some shallow edge chips, tear and rubbing on rear panel, yellowing on front facing end paper from something previously laid in, pencil mark on spine, small folds to rear flap.
